PVC plastisol (viscosity > 150,000cps) is the first choice for body weld sealing, which forms an elastic sealing layer after electrophoresis drying; polyurethane structural adhesive (strength ≥ 5MPa) must be used for windshield bonding, and it must pass the -40℃ freezing/80℃ baking cycle test; fluorosilicone is required for engine sealing, which is resistant to 150℃ oil immersion.
