Nail Free Glue Usage Instructions

Nail Free Glue Usage Instructions

  1. Surface Preparation

    • Clean surfaces with alcohol or detergent to remove oil, dust, and moisture. Ensure surfaces are dry, smooth, and stable.

    • Critical: Poor cleaning reduces adhesion by up to 70%!

  2. Nozzle Preparation

    • Cut the tube tip diagonally to match gap size (fine tip for small objects, wide for large ones).

    • Load into a caulking gun and squeeze until adhesive flows evenly.

  3. Application

    • Dot/Strip Application: Apply adhesive to the object’s back (avoid full coverage to allow air escape).

    • Grid Application: For large items, use zigzag or grid patterns for stronger bonding.

    • Dosage: Pea-sized dot per cm²; excess causes overflow.

  4. Bonding

    • Press firmly for 15–30 seconds (initial fix).

    • Use tape/weights for temporary support to prevent shifting.

  5. Cleaning Excess Adhesive

    • Uncured: Wipe immediately with wet cloth/alcohol.

    • Cured: Scrape carefully with a blade.

  6. Curing Time

    • Initial cure: 24 hours (12 hours in summer) – no loading.

    • Full cure: 72 hours for maximum strength (temperature/humidity dependent).

Storage Conditions

  1. Temperature: 5°C–25°C (avoid >40°C or <0°C).

  2. Light/Moisture: Store in dark, dry areas (<70% humidity).

  3. Sealing: Tighten cap after use, wrap tip in foil, and place in sealed bag.

  4. Orientation: Store upright (tip up).

  5. Shelf Life:

    • Unopened: 12–18 months.

    • Opened: Use within 3 months.

Prohibited Areas: Windowsills, bathrooms, near stoves, car trunks.
