Key points of construction environment: temperature and humidity determine success or failure
The curing of sealant depends on chemical reaction, and the wrong environment means no application!
Ideal conditions: temperature 5℃~35℃, humidity 40%~80%.
Abnormal treatment plan:
High temperature day (>35℃): The colloid becomes thinner and easier to flow, choose quick-drying glue; shade and cool down after applying glue.
Low temperature (<5℃): The colloid becomes thicker and difficult to squeeze out, soak the glue bottle in warm water for 20 minutes; choose a low-temperature curing formula.
Rainy season (humidity>85%): Turn on the dehumidifier and use a hot air gun on the surface to accelerate curing (blow for 10 seconds at a distance of 30cm).
Fatal error: outdoor construction on rainy days! Water vapor intrusion will cause foaming of the glue layer and failure of bonding.
