Storage Conditions for Nail-Free Adhesive Cores

Storage Conditions for Nail-Free Adhesive Cores
Temperature Control

Ideal range: 5°C to 25°C (avoid high temperatures or freezing).

High temperature risk: Temperatures above 40°C may accelerate hardening or fluidization (e.g., in a car or on a balcony in summer).

Low temperature risk: Temperatures below 0°C may cause freezing, resulting in delamination and failure (which cannot be reversed after thawing).

Protecting from light and moisture

Ultraviolet rays can trigger curing of the adhesive; it must be stored in a dark place (e.g., a cabinet or toolbox).

Ambient humidity should be below 70%. Humidity can easily cause the adhesive at the tube end to absorb moisture and solidify.

Sealing to prevent drying

Immediately tighten the tube cap after use and wrap the tube end with aluminum foil to isolate it from air.

Put it in a sealed bag or store it in a fresh-keeping container to minimize contact with air.

Handling Details
Storage Orientation:
Store the tube upright (with the tube end facing up) to prevent leakage or backflow of the adhesive.

Shelf Life Management:

The unopened container typically has an expiration date of 12 to 18 months (see packaging instructions).

It is recommended to use it within 3 months after opening (exposure to air will shorten its lifespan).
