Introduction to Acidic Silicone Sealant

Acetic silicone sealant is one component, fast curing speed, high strength, waterproof, room temperature acetoxy curing adhesive sealant, suitable for general sealing, bonding, repairing and mending of glass and window construction, double glazing in windows, construction, shower screens and sanitary ceramics. Usage scenarios

Measure the Weight in Production

We will set the weight range on the computer during the generation process and randomly check the weight of each bottle to ensure that the weight error is within 3g.

Clean the Bottom

We ensure that the bottom of each bottle is cleaned and that each bottle is treated with exhaust to prevent air bubbles from entering from the bottom

Adjust and Measure the Depth of the Bottom

We provide customers with bottles of different sizes, adjust the depth of the bottom stopper, and randomly measure the depth of the bottle bottom during the production process.
